How to service the furniture made of melamine panel?

It is very important that the melamine panel is protected from long water soakage during use in order to avoid edge opening. In case of accidental skin crack or damage, the following methods can be used to repair. First, a wet cloth is put on the damaged skin, and then a hot iron is placed on it to drive moisture to enter the skin before the skin gets tough and non-brittle. After that, the used adhesive is removed thoroughly, and a layer of white emulsoid is applied on the base wood. Another layer of white emulsoid is applied on the back of the loose skin. The skin is compacted until the white emulsoid gets completely dry.
